Train and recruit your next UA talent together with us
Now is your chance to catch a new User Acquisition talent to scale your UA and prepare for growth or to boost your current growth. UA Talent recruiting training program is implemented in collaboration with Google with the aim to grow new UA talents to game and app companies. The program combines practical on-the-job learning and UA-related training for four months. During the program, the person of your choice works full-time in your company and participates in trainings held by Google and industry professionals. After the program, you will have an UA specialist with up-to-date skills who you can recruit without a recruitment fee.
You can find new talents to a variety of roles. Among the applicants are both freshly graduated talents and more experienced professionals who are eager to redirect their skills to UA tasks. The role could be for example:
- Growth Marketeer
- Performance Marketing Specialist
- UA Specialist
- Community Manager
- Marketing Data Analyst
- Player Support Specialist
Last year we grew 11 new UA talents for companies such as Wolt, Nitro Games, Superplus Games, Dazzle Rocks and MyGamez. The program was a great success and with the experience of that, we aim to do an even better one this time!

The total cost of the training is 2.835 € + VAT. During the program the participant will get improved unemployment benefit which means that there will be no salary or on-costs to your company. After the program you will have a fully trained expert who you can recruit without a recruitment fee.
The program is implemented in cooperation with Uusimaa Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment, TE Office and Google.
